Welcome to this web-site of NewIndiaMatrimony.com. We make publically open our policy on refund and cancellation of Paid Membership Registrations made on payment gateway as under:-
1) Any refund/cancellation sought for by paid customer will be entertained only when received within 10 days of the date of Paid Membership Registration.
2) The Paid membership for which a refund has been sought for will be subject to examination by experts of V.P. Regarding its technical problem or No response.
3) No cash or refund of money will be allowed, but Paid Membership only will be renewal.
4) If the Paid Membership are required to be changed at a later stage the excess amount will be borne by the customer
5) Cash refund if at all required in any exceptional circumstances will be made through multicity cheque(s). |
