    For payment made through check/cheque/draft, the package will become active only after realization of the payment in service Provider’s Bank Account. Before sending payment through check/cheque/draft please purchase the package on newindiamatrimony.com and choose the payment option as 'Check/Cheque/Draft. User can send check/cheque/draft through courier or registered post or drop it face to face at the address below. All payment must be drawn in KARUR VYSYA BANK and payment must be made in favor of Account Name below.

Only in situation where user upgrades to a better package, then new India Matrimony management may plan to adjust the cash for unused month(s). No refund are going to be made if you upgrade within the last month of the membership plan. Refunds, if any, are going to be made in Indian Rupees and can be processed within 3 weeks. just in case of international credit/debit card the Payment Gateway will convert it to equivalent amount in your local currency at the time of refund. The currency conversion rate at the time of refund are going to be applicable here. additionally , banks and issuing authorities may deduct some additional fee which Service Provider won't be liable for it.

    9. Activation of Package

    Ideally, for online payment using credit card, Net Banking and debit card the account/membership plan are going to be activated within 24-48 hours. If you're using check/cheque/draft, then the account/membership plan are going to be activated within 48 hours after the payment realization in service Provider Bank account. Just in case of Public holidays/National Holidays/Bank Holidays or in case of any technical issue in payment clearance this activation may take some more time.

    All services which are defined by any period of time indicated in Months shall imply one month to be equal to 30 days only and for any more duration services the entire duration in days are going to be the amount of months multiplied by 30

    10. Expiry of Package

    Your package will expire once the duration that you've got purchased membership is over. you'll renew your package 30 days before its expiration to continue accessing the features.

    If you choose to TERMINATE / CANCEL your membership, the money once paid towards SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE either in full or part thereof under any circumstances, adjusted for any other service or for another applicant. Your membership in New India matrimony is only for your exclusive personal use. You agree that you will not authorize others to use your membership, and you will not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

    In the instance of you chose to TERMINATE / CANCEL your membership, the SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE either in full or part thereof under any circumstances. But when you buy our services, if you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. But this refund applies ONLY for INACTIVE orders. Refund will NOT apply for Orders that are activated with PAID membership. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

    We automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiry of the term of the paid Membership. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature. when you first subscribe for your paid Membership, you acknowledge that when your paid Membership expires it will automatically renew for the duration and at the last paid price. The maximum tenure of any packages will be 12 (Twelve) month. Every New India Matrimony packages post validity period (varies from package to package), shall be renewed.
